Fast and Free Shipping on Qualified Orders
Items qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS 2-3 Day First Class or Priority Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
Large items, such as skis, snowboards and ski boots, may be subject to an oversize item shipping fee.
All online orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that federal holidays and carrier issues may delay shipments. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless we state otherwise in writing via the Services, risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the product to our designated carrier.
Free Curbside Pickup
Free curbside pickup is available for customers at our Moosic, PA location only. After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Simply drive to our store and call 570-343-4700 when you have arrived so we can bring your order to you.
*Please note that a valid driver’s license is required to pick up merchandise. If someone else will be picking up your order, please include their name in the order comments at time of shipping.
Items in new and unused* condition are eligible for returns 10 days after purchase. Clearance items, deals of the week, gift cards and services are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
*All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
For returns, you will be provided with a prepaid USPS shipping label. There is a $6.95 shipping fee per package when you use our label.
Should you prefer to pay for your own return shipping and insurance via the carrier of your choice, you must notify us at the time of refund request and please ship to:

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.
