**Oversized items such as inflatable kayaks may be subject to an oversized item shipping fee of $79.95. Hard kayaks are NOT able to be shipped at this time and are available for in-store pickup only.
All online orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that federal holidays and carrier issues may delay shipments. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Free curbside pickup is available for customers at our Moosic, PA location only. After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. You can call, e-mail or message us on FB to arrange a pickup time. When you arrive at our store, call 570-343-4700 and we can bring your order right out to you.
*Please note that a valid driver’s license is required to pick up merchandise. If someone else will be picking up your order, please include their name in the order comments at time of shipping.
Items in new and unused* condition are eligible for returns 30 days after purchase. Clearance items marked as final sale, gift cards, rentals and services are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
*All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Once you contact us to initiate a return, you will be e-mailed a prepaid shipping label. There is a $6.95 shipping fee per package when you use our label (it is $29.95 for skis, snowboards and paddles). A $69 prepaid UPS return label is available for oversized items being returned from within the continental US.
Should you prefer to pay for your own return shipping and insurance via the carrier of your choice, you must notify us at the time of refund request and please ship to:

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.
