Fast and Free Shipping on Qualified Orders


Items qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS 2-3 Day First Class or Priority Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

Large items, such as skis, snowboards and ski boots, may be subject to an oversize item shipping fee.


All online orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that federal holidays and carrier issues may delay shipments. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  Unless we state otherwise in writing via the Services, risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the product to our designated carrier. 


**Update on Holiday Shipping***

As more and more people are staying home and shopping online, the demands on shipping companies has increased. And now the holiday season has added to the demand as well. We have been notified that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays, which in turn affects the deliverability times of online orders.

Orders that would normally take a week to arrive, take 2 weeks or more. Often this is caused by long delays at sorting facilities along the way, as there isn't enough staff to process the amount of packages arriving each day. The good news is that the packages are eventually arriving, even if they seem to be taking unconventional routes.

We want you to know that we are aware of this and we are monitoring the situation, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do to speed things up at this time. We are asking that you wait until there is at least 14 days with no movement or tracking updates before emailing our support team about the status of your order. Many carriers are delayed in updating the tracking information. Should we find that there is any other issue beyond a slower delivery, we will be happy to address this.

Free Curbside Pickup


Free curbside pickup is available for customers at our Moosic, PA location only.  After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Simply drive to our store and call 570-343-4700 when you have arrived so we can bring your order to you.


*Please note that a valid driver’s license is required to pick up merchandise. If someone else will be picking up your order, please include their name in the order comments at time of shipping.



Return Policy

Items in new and unused* condition are eligible for returns 10 days after purchase. Clearance items, deals of the week, gift cards and services are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. 

*All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Return options:

For returns, you will be provided with a prepaid USPS shipping label. There is a $6.95 shipping fee per package when you use our label.

Should you prefer to pay for your own return shipping and insurance via the carrier of your choice, you must notify us at the time of refund request and please ship to:

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.
