Wonderful news for all women skiers! The Laser MP has everything that sporty and ambitious women need on the slopes. “MP” stands for “Motion Performance” – a synonym for the perfect balance between performance and agility. With a waist of 67 mm, this on-piste ski for women is specially designed for short to medium turns. Equipped with the Piste Core Light, Solid Metal Edge Light edges and Softflex, the Laser MP has been tailored precisely to the needs of women.

Softflex- the individual layers are thinner and some models feature lighter materials. This lends the ski a softer flex. Light skiers, especially, benefit from the enhanced bending characteristics which offer enhanced enjoyment with less effort. Benefits include optimal ski deflection, less effort required for improved comfort, and reduced weight.
Size Optimized Construction- The construction of these models changes according to the length. The shorter lengths are typically made a little lighter and softer compared to the longer lengths, The aim is to provide an optimal match between the ski's handling characteristics and the skier's physique. Benefits include perfectly matched construction whatever the length, the ski's dynamics are adapted to the skier's physique, and weight reduction at shorter lengths.
Full Edge Contact- The widest points of the ski are set further forward or back. This makes the shovel grip faster and the part of the edge in contact with the snow when the ski is titled becomes longer. Benefits include easier, faster turn initiation, and improved grip in the turn due to the longer contact area.
Solid Metal Edge Light- Same edge width as the SME. A modified die-cutting procedure, however, means the edge is inserted less deeply into the ski, which saves weight. Benefits include longer service life, reduced susceptibility to damage and more grinding possible.
Flex Torsion Control- An S-Shaped notch in the aluminum at the shovel and tail of the ski offers softer flex and torsion at the front and rear. As a result, the ski exhibits more torsional flex, making it easier to initial turns. At the same time, when changing directions, the ski remains under control because the torsional can adapt. Benefits include improved control when changing direction and easier steering in and out of turns.
Racing Sidewalls Black- Phenol sidewalls with a harder resin plus carbon black, which leads to greater stability and a more direct power transfer. Benefits include faster and more direct power transmission and improved agility when switching edges.
